AC & Heating FAQ

Why is my AC blowing warm air?

The most common cause is low refrigerant from a leak. Other causes include a failed compressor, a bad condenser, or an electrical issue. We diagnose the root cause before adding any refrigerant.

Can I just add refrigerant myself?

Over-the-counter recharge kits can mask a bigger problem and sometimes cause damage. If your system is low, there's a leak somewhere. We find and fix it properly.

My heater stopped working. What could it be?

Common causes include a clogged heater core, a faulty thermostat, low coolant, or a broken blower motor. We'll diagnose and repair the actual problem.

How often should I service my AC?

We recommend having your AC system inspected every 2 years or any time you notice reduced cooling performance. Catching small leaks early is much cheaper than replacing a compressor.
